By purchasing our records, you agree to the following conditions:
- Your purchase and personal data are protected by the privacy policies and guarantees of Birgartel and PayPal.
- The price of the records that are already produced do not include shipping costs. Once we receive the order, we calculate the correct shipping costs based on the weight of the package and the country of destination. We usually ship orders within the next 48-72h after the shipping invoice is paid.
-We also sell records by pre-order, you know that you are buying an item that is not yet manufactured and therefore you agree to wait the necessary time until the item is ready. Actually vinyl production needs ~15 weeks (even more if an unforeseen event arises)
-The purchase of any record during the pre-order is binding, it is not possible to refund the money after 48 hours from the payment. Any questions regarding the conditions, shipping costs, etc... must be made before the purchase.
-We officially inform about the production process through our instagram or facebook channels. We do it sporadically and only when we have relevant information.
-It is possible to combine shipping, everything you buy will be sent in the same package, which means optimizing shipping costs.
When you buy our records, you only pay for the item (shipping NOT included). When the records are manufactured, you will receive an email from us with the shipping invoice, according to the package´s weight, destination country and current postal rates.
-Only registered shipping will be billed, which includes tracking number and postal insurance.
-If you purchase multiple items, you´ll receive a single envelope with as many incense sticks as records you bought, but max 6 incense sticks.
